What is your shipping policy?
Shipping on the Tea Bento Box is currently free in the US, but we do charge to ship our other products. See exact shipping prices at checkout.
What shipping carrier do you use?
Within the US we ship via USPS. Canadian orders typically ship through Canada Post.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the US and Canada.
When will my order ship?
Typically your order will ship out the Saturday following your purchase.
What is the Tea Bento Box?
The Tea Bento Box is a monthly subscription box. Each month you will be able to fill your box with premium specialty teas from around the world. Each Tea Bento Box includes six small tins, which will be filled with a tea of your choice. The six tins inside your Tea Bento Box each contain five premium tea bags (for a total of 30 tea bags in your Tea Bento Box). You can pick a different tea flavor for each of your six tins, or you can pick the same tea flavor for multiple tins. We currently offer 20 different tea varieties, which include herbal and caffeinated options.
Can I change the teas that I get in my Tea Bento Box each month?
Of course! You can easily change your subscription preferences each month. You can do this by logging into your account. Once you are on your account home screen, click the subscription tab. On your subscription page, you should see Tea Bento Box and then text that says Manage. Click that button. Then, towards the bottom of that screen you will see text that says Subscription Settings. Click that. Then, you will see an option to either pause or cancel your subscription. If you have any trouble, please feel free to email us at support@teawithtae.com.
How do I discard the packaging after I use all of my tea?
Great news. All of our packaging is 100% recyclable, so you can simply put it all in your recycle bin. We also suggest repurposing the packaging.
Does the Tea Bento Box only come as a subscription?
No! If you would like to purchase a one-time Tea Bento Box you have a few options. You can create a custom Tea Bento Box, which will allow you to select the teas you would like your box. If you do not want to select the teas that come in your box, then you can purchase one of our Preset Tea Bento Box options. Currently our Preset Tea Bento Box options are Seasonal, Herbal, Caffinated or Sampler.
Can I return my box?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you are unhappy with your order or it is incorrect, please contact us at support@teawithtae.com or call us at 1-888-TEA-W-Tae.
What forms of payment do you accept?
