Many of our customers have a few favorite tea blends that they drink on a regular basis. Rather than having to come back to the TWT website and order a new tea tin, pouch, or Tea Bento Box every time you run out, you can set up an automatic tea subscription for certain products–-and then sit back, relax, and enjoy your sips as they show up automatically at your door :)
So how do you subscribe and save? Let’s dive in! 👇
How to subscribe & save
On each individual product page, you will see an option to select “Subscribe & save 10%” underneath the “One-time purchase” option. For example, you can see the options in the image below for the Bedtime Bliss tea pouch product page. A one-time purchase of the tea pouch is $14.99, but if you subscribe and save, then the price is $13.49.
After you click on “Subscribe & save 10%,” then a dropdown will appear, which will allow you to select the frequency at which you want your tea delivered. The options we offer are:
- 30 days
- 60 days
- 90 days
You can also subscribe to more than one quantity of a certain product. For instance, if you enjoy drinking a cup of Bedtime Bliss every night before you go to sleep, then you may want to subscribe to 3 Bedtime Bliss tea pouches (with 20 tea bags in each pouch) delivered every 60 days, which will ensure that you have 60 tea bags of Bedtime Bliss delivered every 60 days (i.e., one for every night before you go to sleep).
How do I change my subscription?
To change details about your subscription, you first need to login to your account to manage your subscription. You can do this in a couple different ways:
- Click on “Account” (located in the upper right-hand corner on the homepage next to “Search”) and enter your Email and Password to login, as shown below. If you don’t have an account, you can register for a new account here: https://www.teawithtae.com/account/register.
- Or, you can select “Click Here” below the prompt “Need help accessing your subscriptions?” (shown below).
If you select "Click Here," you will be redirected to a screen managed by ReCharge (our subscription payments partner) where you will be prompted to enter your email address. A unique link will be emailed to you that you can click to access your account.
Once you’re logged in to your account, you will see the “Manage Subscriptions” button at the top of the page, as shown below.
Click this button, and you will be redirected your subscription home page, where you can manage your subscriptions, shipping addresses, and payment methods.
From here, you can control different elements about your subscription:
- Delivery Schedule and Frequency
- Note: from the product page, you can only select 30, 60, or 90 day delivery frequencies, but you can change this frequency to any number of days you want from inside your subscription management portal.
- Shipping address
- Upcoming order date
- Quantity (e.g., if you're subscribed to 1 tea pouch and want 2, you can do so here)
- Add products to subscription
- Swap product (e.g., want to swap Bedtime Bliss for Calming Tea? You can do that here)
- Skip shipment
How do I swap out a product or change my delivery frequency?
From the subscription management portal, click on “Subscriptions” on the top bar.
Here, you will see your active subscriptions and inactive subscriptions. If you click on one of your active subscriptions, you will be directed to a screen where you can manage all aspects of your subscription.
As shown above by the red squares, you can change your order frequency to any number between 1 and 90 days. You can also swap your product for any of our other products by clicking the “Swap product” button at the bottom of the screen. You can also change your order quantity and your next delivery date, as well as skip a shipment or cancel your subscription from this screen.
