How to add a gift note at checkout

One of the most frequently asked questions we get is "How can I add a gift note to my order?" We currently have 3 ways to do that, and this blog post explains each method with pictures and videos.

1st Method: In the Slide-Out Cart

Simply scroll down the slide-out cart until you see the checkbox and the words "IS THIS A GIFT?" Check the checkbox, and a text box will appear. Enter your message in there. Your message is automatically saved through checkout. If you uncheck the box at anytime, your gift note will be lost.

2nd Method: On the Cart Page

At the bottom of the Cart Page, you will find a place to add a Gift Note underneath the words "ADD GIFT NOTE!"

3rd Method: Email Us!

If easier, you can always email us at support@teawithtae.com with your gift message that you want to include with your order. Just be sure to include your order number, so we can add the message to your order!

If you have multiple gift messages, then emailing us is the only way to ensure each of your gift messages are included in your order.
