SHIPPING
We offer free shipping for all orders over $49.
We currently only ship within the U.S., but we hope to ship internationally soon!
It depends on where you are. We strive to fulfill all orders within 2 business days, and typically your order will arrive within 2-5 business days after that. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. If you need help with your order, please contact us.
All orders ship from our warehouse located in Lakewood, Colorado.
We ship our orders via USPS and UPS.
Yes! Please contact us at support@teawithtae.com. As long as your order has not shipped, we can easily update this for you! If your order ships and is sent back to us due to an insufficient address, we are happy to resend your package to the correct address. However, we will ask that you pay for the additional shipping cost.
When your order gets a shipping label, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number, so you can follow your tea's journey. Please contact us if you do not receive a tracking number within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

The tea
At Tea with Tae, we believe in a higher calling, and that’s why we source only the finest and most delicious teas from eco-friendly and fair-trade farms all over the world. Our tea blends are tastefully prepared in 100% biodegradable tea pyramid sachets that preserve the full-body flavor profiles and aromas of loose-leaf tea, while giving you the on-the-go convenience of a tea bag.
Taelor "Tae" O'Dorisio is the Founder and CEO of Tea with Tae.
We sell all types of tea: black, green, chai, oolong, white and pu'er. We also have herbal "tisanes" (herbal blends), as well as a collection of rooibos blends. We also release new teas and tisanes for different seasonal holidays and as part of our "Secret SocieTEA" program. Explore our teas here.
Most of our tea is packaged in premium tea pyramid sachets, which are big tea bags that allow the tea leaves and herbs to breathe and steep to the fullest extent. Our sachets are biodegradable and plastic-free, made from corn-starch material. We also have a small collection of loose leaf teas for those who fancy a more traditional tea experience.
Our tea sachets can be purchased in tea pouches, large tubes, mini tubes, or Tea Bento Boxes. Our loose leaf teas come in metal tins. Our cold-brew tea can be purchased as 8-gram pillow bags (for you to make a pitcher at home) or as 12oz. cans.
