This was an amazingly smooth tea. It's not too heavy with the floral accents and has a lovely soft aroma. I got this and the other two bedtime tea options and this is definitely a keeper. I prefer loose leaf teas usually but these bedtime ones are nice for a quick cup and the tea leaves within the basis open up really well too.
