I’ve recently quit coffee (necessitated by autoimmune issues but not by choice). I started with grocery store tea but that was so bland that it wasn’t much better than hot water. This one helped with a little caffeine and has a mellow but pleasant taste.

Love this tea! Excellent flavor, caffeine content, and packaging. This is one of my favorite teas, ever. The lavender is delicate yet noticeable, and it has a solid earl grey base. It is strong enough to make a tea latte with oatmilk and still have the flavor come through. I especially appreciate that Tea with Tae offers the tester bags; I tried a small bag before immediately ordering the tin and the large refill bag. The tin is nice for the countertop and easy access while I can hide away the big bag. See also the Honella for a fab decaf tea option!

This tea has a bright, minty flavor. I often enjoy it as an afternoon pick me up. Recently I was sick with bronchitis and this tea reduced my coughing and really made me feel better. It is one of my favorite teas from Tea with Tae.
