This tea is a wonderful blend of things for winding down the day although I love it in the afternoon as well. It’s become a new favorite. 🤩

I received a sample of Nighttime Routine and loved it. Not only does it taste delicious with chamomile, lavender, lemon and spearmint, it relaxes me and eases me off to sleep. I love buying the pouch of 100 compostable sachets in a recyclable pouch at a great price which encourages me to share with friends. I’ll always have this lovely tea ready to go.

I religiously drink the Nighttime Routine tea every night before bed. I replaced my occasional glass of wine with this tea for relaxation while reading my book. 10/10 recommend!

I am new convert to Tea with Tae. This nighttime ritual is a soothing treat I look forward to every evening. The herbal blend is both mellow and calming. Perfect way to end the day.

This tea was originally gifted to me but I love it so much to help with falling asleep that I ordered in bulk. It gives me the benefits of Valerian without the gross smell.

Wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy this tea blend but it was lovely. Flavors meld together for a perfect nighttime cup

I love the Bedtime Routine tea and the hibiscus tea. The taste is awesome on both and the Bedtime tea relaxes me so I’m able to sleep soundly all night. Love it!

A nice calming treat to finish the day.

This tea has a magical ability to gently ease my body into sleep mode and help my brain wind its last wildest thoughts down for the evening. I have terrible insomnia and the hardest part is falling asleep. This tea has helped so much with that! I love it, it tastes wonderful and smells amazing!

This is a great time for bedtime. I like the subtle mint flavor. Some teas can be very overwhelming, but not this one. I like to drink it hot before bed. It’s also nice iced during the day☺️.

I recently purchased Bedtime Bliss at the outdoor market near the Cherry Creek Mall in December. I'm so glad that I did! When I ran out I purchased the large pouch. That's how much I like it. It is a beautiful tea to drink before my head hits the pillow
