I have quickly became a favorite of this brand, spa bliss was the first I had tried from them and I have it every night to wind down.

This tea has a bright, minty flavor. I often enjoy it as an afternoon pick me up. Recently I was sick with bronchitis and this tea reduced my coughing and really made me feel better. It is one of my favorite teas from Tea with Tae.
